8.2 Assignment. This Agreement shall be binding and shall inure to the benefit of the Parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
8.3 Relationship Between the Parties. The Parties are independent contractors.
8.4 Injunctive Relief. PrezManager shall be entitled to seek preliminary and permanent injunctive relief for any actual or threatened breach.
8.5 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
8.6 No Third-Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement is made for the benefit of PrezManager and you, and not for the benefit of any third party.
8.7 No Waiver. Failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver.
8.8 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
8.9 Subsequent Agreements. All terms of subsequent agreements must be signed by both Parties.
