1. Introduction

2. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using the Services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and your consent to be bound by them. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such organization to these Terms. The use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
3. Use of Services The PrezManager Services are designed to enable you to easily create interactive presentations, collaborate with other users, and share your creations. You agree not to use the Services inappropriately, such as transmitting illegal content or engaging in activities that would violate the intellectual property rights of third parties.
   
4. User Content and Data
   You retain all rights to the content you create or upload to the Services. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to host, copy, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Security and Privacy We are committed to protecting the security and confidentiality of your data. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information. We take reasonable measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
   
6. Modifications to the Services and Terms PrezManager reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time, without prior notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will inform you, and your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrezManager shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services.
8. General Provisions  8.1 Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements concerning the subject matter herein. 
   

   8.2 Assignment. This Agreement shall be binding and shall inure to the benefit of the Parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
   

   8.3 Relationship Between the Parties. The Parties are independent contractors.

   8.4 Injunctive Relief. PrezManager shall be entitled to seek preliminary and permanent injunctive relief for any actual or threatened breach. 
   

   8.5 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. 
   

   8.6 No Third-Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement is made for the benefit of PrezManager and you, and not for the benefit of any third party.
   

   8.7 No Waiver. Failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver.
   

   8.8 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remainder of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.  

   8.9 Subsequent Agreements. All terms of subsequent agreements must be signed by both Parties.

9. Copyright Infringement Complaints and Content Removal Policy If you believe that there has been a violation of your intellectual property rights, please contact PrezManager’s designated agent with the required information to address your complaint.
